A Canadian doctor is selling his health insurance policy on his website and offering it for free to anyone willing to pay for it.
Dr. Jason A. Fadness says he is selling the policy because he doesn’t want to be the “unpaid doctor” that some doctors say is required to provide medical services in Canada.
Dr Fadnesses health insurance policies cover more than 50 medical procedures, but he said he has had no complaints from Canadians about his policies.
Fadnesses website has a page of the prices and details of the policy, which is also available for free on the Ceva e Commerce website.
The website says the policy is available to people in Canada and the U.S. who have an annual household income of $50,000 or less.
The policy includes a $500 deductible, and Fadishes insurance company pays half the premium.
The price for the policy includes two items: the first is a policy deductible of $25,000, which covers 10 surgeries in a calendar year.
The second is $10,000 for a yearly co-payment, and $20,000 a year thereafter.
It also covers a minimum of eight visits to a medical clinic.
The policy also includes two sets of prescription drugs and a pharmacy fee, which are $2,500 a year, according to the website.
Faddings website says there are currently no plans to add additional prescription drugs.
Dr. Fads website has about 3,000 followers on Facebook and has more than a million views on YouTube.
